Application Process

Home / Application Process

We do more than recruit people into jobs.

We support you throughout our recruitment process which is made efficient and effective for everyone involved.

1 | Apply

When our clients have a role to fill we help them find the best person for the job.

Firstly we check our database of candidates for a suitable match before publishing ads on job boards and our own website Vacancy Page.

Make sure your  CV is first in-line. Simply register a new account or log-in to your existing account, upload your CV and never miss an opportunity.

2 | Suitability

Once we have identified suitable candidates, our Consultants will call you to discuss the role – including location, responsibilities, pay expectations, your experience and qualifications.

This conversation is about assessing your suitability rather than an interview. If this role isn’t for you it doesn’t mean it’s the end of the road – Not every job is for everyone but there is a job for everyone out there!

3 | Document Review

At this stage we require documents to be completed and returned.

A registration pack will be forwarded to you for completion and return and full right to work checks will be carried out.

Suitable candidates will now have their CV prepared by a member of staff to be sent to the client.

Check our CV tips to see how you can ensure the information on your CV makes an impact.

4 | Interview / Induction

Once you return the correct documents we send your CV to our hiring client for review.

If the client is interested in your experience and skillset, Blueprint will set up your interview or induction.

5 | Final Decision

After your interview or induction, the client will update Blueprint Recruitment on their decision.

If you’re successful, we will call to inform you and hand over your personal details to our client for a formal job offer to be made.

6 | You and your new role

We do more than put people into jobs.

We support you throughout the whole recruitment process and stay in touch to see how you settle into your new role.
