Site Manager – National House builder (East central Scotland) Rare opportunity

Salary packages are negotiable depending on your experience + car allowance/car + great benefits.
Our client is one of the UK’s most successful and respected house builders.

We now have a rare opportunity for an experienced housing Site Manager in the East Coast around the Lothians and Edinburgh areas.

We require the following:
” Volume House Building site management experience
” Confidence in overseeing all trades and labour on site
” A track record of working to budget and within timescales
” An eye for detail to ensure the customer experience on delivery is exceeded
” Pre Planning ability
” Monitoring and reporting
” Health and Safety
” Planning
” Quality Control
” Site Presentation
” Control of Waste
” Sales Support
” Site Inspections
” Customer Care
