The role of Site Manager
Reporting to the Production Manager, you will oversee the construction operation and work collaboratively with other teams to ensure delivery is to the highest standards and on budget. Your direct reports will be the Assistant Site Manager and Site Team.

You will:
o Oversee all trades and labour on- site
o Ensure health & safety standards are adhered to at all times.
o Pre- planning/planning -Produce a detailed method statement & assist in creating the site programme
o Monitoring and reporting
o Quality Control/ Control of Waste
o Site Presentation/Inspections/
o Sales Support & Customer Care

About you
Site Managers with a background in construction or residential builds will be considered for this role – you don’t have to tick all the boxes but customer satisfaction and passion is key.

o NVQ Residential Construction Site Management L6
o Knowledge of health, safety and environmental legislation
o Cost controls (working to site budgets)
o Trade background / Site Management
o CSCS card / First Aid qualified
o Communicates well and collaborates
o A friendly, cooperative and flexible attitude
o Exceptional customer service skills and easily builds rapport
o Develop good relations, act with integrity & never compromises on safety.
