HR Co-ordinator / Team Leader – Perm Position
Salary – £30,000 Per Annum – Possible Neg for the right person
Location – Glenrothes
Following a growth from one of our clients, we are currently seeking to recruit a highly motivated, dynamic, and successful HR Co-ordinator/Team Leader based at the Head Office based in Glenrothes.
The role will involve leading the HR Administration team to support all aspects of our HR responsibilities.
Recruitment and Onboarding:
” Support all aspects of recruitment, selection, and onboarding across the Group
” To prepare, check and issue contracts of employment
” Manage the HR Admin team including managing daily tasks and performance reviews.
” Work with HR Business Partners on HR projects as required.
” Responsible for processing, recording and maintaining all colleague HR documents.
” Update and maintain HR Records
” Support monthly payroll activities
” To provide administrative support across the full range of colleague life cycle processes
” To provide advice and guidance of colleague life cycle processes and terms and conditions of employment
” Liaise with line managers and provide support for all Occupational Health Assessments for colleagues
” Under the guidance of the HR Business Partner assist with ER matters by providing advice and guidance on disciplinary and welfare cases, capability, grievance, including document preparation.
” CIPD Level 3 or equivalent
” Previous HR experience is essential
