The role of Assistant Site Manager:
To efficiently manage the field operations including controlling sub-contractors day-to-day operations and ensuring that material supplies are available in conjunction with the Site Manager.
To assist the Site Manager in the planning and programming of site activities ensuring the work is completed in a safe manner.
To deputise for the Site Manager where necessary and to managie quality standards to meet customer expectations.
– Assist the Site Manager in all site duties
– Organise and control labour and sub-contractors
– Health and Safety
– Sales support
– Involved in site inspection / site presentation
– Maintenance of the daily site diary
– Customer care
– Control of work
Assistant Site Managers with a background in construction or residential builds will be considered for this role. You don’t have to tick all the boxes. If you take career development serious and have a passion for customer satisfaction, this could be your next role with a market leader.
– NVQ Residential Construction Site Supervision L4
– Knowledge of building process, including NHBC and Building Regulations
– First aid qualified
– CSCS card holder at Manager/Supervisor level
– Communicates well and collaborates
– A friendly, cooperative and flexible attitude
– Exceptional customer service skills and easily builds rapport
– Develop good relations, act with integrity & never compromises on safety.
