Temporary to permanent opportunites for Administrative Canidates in Blackford

We have immediate opportunities for Administrators to work with our client within their busy manufacturing facility in Blackford, Perthshire.

The contract is start ASAP and the aim is to place full time people into these jobs so there is also the potential for you to obtain full time, direct employment with the client.

This is a customer facing busy role would suit an organised person, where you will be required to work 12 hour shifts, following a 4 day on, 4 day off pattern. You would follow a constant day, or a constant night rotation.

The role:

Administrators

” First point of contact for visitors and contractors and associated record keeping
” Ensure transport management system is kept up to date by booking in / out all vehicles.
” Process customer orders daily, liaise with logistics team to ensure all orders can be fulfilled
” Update and issue reports- highlighting any issues
” Ensure returns process and control for raw materials is actioned in a timely manner
” Liaise with other areas across the site to ensure accurate, current information shared
” Print and issue accurate documentation to other departments in a timely manner
” Actively manage shared email inbox ensuring all comms are actioned or marked for follow up by colleague on alternate shift
” Act as main admin hub for warehouse and logistics and escalate actions as appropriate

Transport area (full training will be given in this area)

” Book vehicles in and out of the site in a safe and efficient manner in accordance with the transport management system and conformance to booking targets
” Ensure sufficient vehicle availability from 3rd party hauliers to cover planned loads.
” Checking continually against planned production, advising warehouse / logistics / hauliers of any issues.
” Ensure health and safety standards for all vehicles arriving and departing site are adhered to
” Support the loading of tankers on site for offsite production

About you:

Skills:

” Strong IT skills including excellent working knowledge of all Microsoft Office software
” Strong administration skills
” Experience in the use of Transport Systems an advantage

Competitive rates of pay –
£10.93ph Nightshift PAYE
£10.69 p/h Dayshift PAYE
Plus paid holidays & pension.
Paid via our own in-house payroll deparment and NOT through an Umbrella scheme
12 hour, 4 on 4 off shift patterns

This is a PAYE contract, where you accrue holidays separately from your wages at 28 days p.a. pro-rata and contributions are made towards your pension as per current legislation.
