Job Description

We are currently looking for hard working, reliable Warehouse / Production Operatives for our client, at their busy manufacturing facility in Blackford in Perthshire.

You will be required to work 12 hr, 4 on, 4 off shifts as a Warehouse or Production Operative. This is an opportunity to work for a famous Scottish brand that prides themselves on their high standards of ethical practice. The work is on-going.

The role:
End of line packing onto pallets
Heavy lifting – moving stock
Operating machinery
Adhering to Health & Safety – it’s everyone’s responsibility
On-going temp positions.
Pallet truck certificate iwould be desirable but is not esential

About you:
Some manufacturing/warehouse experience essential
Reliability is key
Ability to work as part of a busy team with exceptional Health & Safety standards
Used to some heavy manual lifting
Able to communicate clearly and work well in a fast paced team
Drivers licence is preferred due to the remote location

We are currently looking for Painters / Decorators to work with our client on a planned refurbishment in St Andrews.This will be a static role, based in St Andrews for around 10 – 12 weeks.

You will be involved & take responsibility for preparation & painting and some decorating of doors, windows, walls ceilings, kitchens, bathrooms etc.

You should have an excellent understanding of hand preparation & painting techniques.
You will be familiar with brush / roller applications and work to high standards.
You will be required to work with minimum supervision.

You must have previous experience in a similar role and a good understanding of health & safety.

The role is dayshift Mon-Fri – 8:00-16:30 (3.30 on Friday), there may be a requirement to work occasional overtime.

Pay rate is £13.00ph (Books in only) with holiday allowance & pension contributions in line with current legislation.
